Ortiz Virtual Consulting — Virtual Solutions, Real Results Connection Pipeline · v1
Prospect to connection

Good morning, Wilkins

Overnight the pipeline searched for home service owners who match your ideal client profile and scored every one against it. For each match it drafted an opening connection message two ways: your own voice and a general best-practice version. Choose per lead, edit anything, and either approve each one yourself or let approved connections send on the schedule you set.

Your ideal client profile

Role: Founder / Owner
Industries: HVAC, cleaning, plumbing, roofing, lawn & pool
Headcount: 10 to 50
Revenue: $1M to $5M
Signals: hiring ops, scaling pain, owner is the bottleneck
Region: US East Coast

How should connections go out?

Manual
You review every lead and approve each connection by hand. Nothing sends without you.
Automatic
Approved connection requests send on a schedule. First messages still wait for your review after they accept.
Before you turn this on. LinkedIn has no official way to send connection requests through software. Automatic sending has to run through a third-party tool on your own logged-in account, which goes against LinkedIn's user agreement and can get an account limited or banned. The account is yours, so this stays off until a sending tool is connected and you accept the risk. A low daily number is the safer play.
Automatic sending is off. Approved connections stay queued for your review.
Upload an Apollo CSV export to score and draft real leads.
Runs automatically overnight via Apollo once the pipeline is connected.
Press "Run today's search" to load this morning's queue.

v1 shows sample leads until the Apollo search and Claude drafting are connected to your accounts. Both styles are drafted from outreach you have already written. Actual sending depends on an outside tool, since LinkedIn offers no official send API, so automatic mode is off by default.
